   I offer freelance graphic design and photography services as described on my website and in our agreements. The scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal provided before the commencement of any project.
2. Client Responsibilities
   • Information and Materials: You agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to enable me to complete the project according to the agreed schedule.
   • Feedback and Communication: Clear and prompt communication is essential. You agree to provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
   • Rights and Permissions: You confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use any materials you provide for the project, including images, logos, and text.
3. Payment Terms
   • Rates and Fees: My rates and fees are outlined in the service agreement or proposal. These may be based on hourly rates, flat fees, or project-based pricing.
   • Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.
4. Revisions and Changes
   • Revisions: The service agreement will specify the number of revisions included in the project fee. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
   • Scope Changes: Any changes to the project scope, including additional work or modifications beyond the agreed scope, will be subject to additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
   • Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive the final deliverables, and ownership of the final designs or photographs will be transferred to you. I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
   • Licensing: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in the project are subject to their respective licensing terms. You agree to comply with these terms.
6. Ownership of Website Content
   • Content Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of beyond precious design. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content on this website is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission is granted by me.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel the project before completion, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
   • Cancellation by Designer/Photographer: I reserve the right to cancel the project in case of unforeseen circumstances, non-cooperation, or failure to provide necessary materials. In such cases, I will refund any unearned fees.
8. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, materials, and details related to the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, beyond precious design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
10. Governing Law
